'Soft Skin' Sport Pro Water Socks

I wear a women's size 9 shoe. The medium was too big. I brought the small and they fit perfectly.

Reading the 1-star reviews, it is very evident that people are probably using these for unintended purposes. I purchased these to use under my flippers when snorkeling. It feels so much better having these on under the flippers. Without them the flippers rub against your skin and give you blisters. I'm going to say that if you are swimming with these or using them for snorkeling or diving, that they will last you a long time. The quality is good, and they are very comfortable and flexible. They are simple to put on and stay in place, they work well.Even if you only use them several times, you cant go wrong with this price.

I recently purchased the BPS New Zealand ‘Soft Skin’ Sand Proof Water Socks for a white water rafting trip in the 40degrees waters of the Snake River in Wyoming (Tetons area). This FL girl was quite worried that her toes would freeze in the cool June water temps, but these booties made sure they stayed warm and comfortable on my rafting trip. I cannot wait to use them at home in Florida when we go to the ocean for my beach and water activities. The 3mm neoprene material provided excellent insulation, keeping my feet warm in cooler waters. The anti-slip soles offer great traction on slippery surfaces, making sure I remain stabile and confident while walking on wet rocks or sandy beaches.The adjustable velcro ankle straps effectively minimized sand and water entry, making these socks perfect for beach volleyball and other shore activities. The fit is snug but comfortable. I did not have any issues taking them on or off.

So I do actually love these. They fit perfectly and are super soft. My reason for not giving them five stars is the soles don’t hold up well on gritty pool surfaces. I bought these for a water aerobics class and to protect my feet when pushing off the side of the pool during a lap swim. After one aerobics class I had multiple holes in the bottoms.Happily, the company was great to work with and immediately replaced them for me. They really stand by their product. That said, I don’t wear them for water aerobics anymore. The soles just aren’t sturdy enough. I bought regular water shoes with rubber soles for that. But I do wear them for my lap swim and they work perfectly for that. No more cut-up toes! And they aren’t at all heavy. So I do recommend them—just not for walking around a pool.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the description on Amazon of the fins, there were so many colors I could choose, so I decided on the pink. I was anxiously waiting to receive the fins, as I had no idea what they would be like. I was really impressed with all of the materials. These things were not cheaply made and were really sturdy. I adjusted them, and got the strap too tight and didn't know how to losen it. Even got on YouTube to try and figure this out, It helped a little but it still took me about a half hour. I guess they were just new and tight, which was OK as I didn't want them breaking while I am on my snorkeling trip. I wrote a review for the company about my experience. The company responded immediately, and I have never received such WONDERFUL customer service. I was happy that the company just listened to me about the strap and the trouble I was having even though I did figure it out. The company said they would be glad to send me an additional strap should something break while I was on my trip. That really relieved my mind as I was concerned that I would not be able to use the pink fins.I just received a package with two straps, even though the straps have not been used on the pair of fins I had purchased for my trip. The company just wanted to reassure me. THEY CERTAINLY DID, and I am going to definitely get all of my grandchildren fins from this company. We live on a lake and I know how much they are going to enjoy them. I highly recommend this company and I want to thank them for the excellent productand customer service. Thanks for listening to me.
